1.     Don’t Invest : Investing is risky and you may lose your money.
The last time I invested money, I lost so any money I make henceforth, I spend it, because that way I have rest of mind and I don’t lose!
2.     Don’t Eat Fish: You may swallow a bone and die.
I heard that fish bone is very hard and can choke you to death if it hooks your throat, so no more fish for me.
3.     Don’t travel: You might have an accident and die.
I have had an accident before, and I know someone who died in a plane crash, so I will not travel again.
4.     Don’t Go To The Hospital: The Doctor Might Make a Mistake and Cost You Your Life
I heard there are quack doctors in hospitals these days, so I’ll only take self medication, so they don’t kill me with their mistakes.
5.     Don’t Sleep At Night: You May Not Wake As Many Have Died In Their Dreams
Papa bomboy, slept last night and didn’t wake you again, so last night is the last time I’ll go to bed, because I don’t want to die.
6.     Don’t Ask A Lady Out: She Might Tell You NO and Break Your Heart.
And I told you I liked her, you still went to ask her out! You are no longer my friend.
7.     Don’t Go for that Job Interview: They might reject you, and it might damage your morale.
I rather stay jobless, than let them mess me because I want a job in that firm, how much will they even pay if they take me.
8.     Don’t Venture out In Business: 90% of Businesses Fail and you may fail.
Its better I sit on my job and they pay me my monthly salary than to try this business and the collect shame from failing.
9.     Don’t Dream: It may not come to pass and you will be disappointed.
I was not destined to be rich, so its better I stop dreaming, because it will not come to pass and I will be disappointed.
10. Blessed are the Hopeless: For the Shall Not be Disappointed
11. Blessed are those who Pass. Over .Opportunities. Repeatedly:Â
They Shall be Called POOR!
12. Blessed are those who Don’t sow today because yesterday’s seeds didn’t grow: They will reap what they have sown. NOTHING!!!

I am ignorant when…:
1.     I hear about private placements when they are over.
2.     I don’t know that with as little as N20,000 I can own real estate.
3.     I have heard about Social networks like New Nigeria Club and I think it’s about Multilevel Marketing.
4.     I have no investments in Stocks because of… Because
5.     I have no foreign investments because I think I’m not rich enough
6.     I’m don’t earn more than N100000 ($1000) per month. (Aside from salary, no matter what I earn from salary)
7.     I think it takes having money to make money

Yes I am starting something new today that has the potential to raise 100 millionaires in 3months, and for now it will not look like much to some who will let the Greatest Thief Ever snatch this opportunity from you after reading this article, but a few months from now, I intend to build within my cycle of friends, a network of 100people who will be on my mailing list to receive first hand information on opportunities that will massively affect their Finances in 2008, and they can choose to be a blessing to their loved ones and friends with it.

 Sometime in February a close friend and associate who is a major player in the Nigerian Stock Exchange Market, told me about a Private Placement for an Insurance company, I took part in it and it was quoted yesterday as an IPO (Initial Public Offer) and I made a whopping 100% of my investment in less than 4week and for those who know a little about the Stock Market, you will agree with me that a couple of weeks from now the price will soar and before it stabilizes I sell and make a killing.
In the Real Estate Sector, I also took advantage of an opportunity in December on some landed property deal that I bought without having to pay cash, “because I belong to a Social network”, where integrity is our watch word, so we were put on a payment plan to own these landed property and if I sell today with having paid about 3installments so far for about 10plots, which amounts to about N500K ($4000). I will make N2million ($20000). I intend to wait till the end of the year before selling, when I can make a lot more than that, in April the price should hit minimum of N700k ($6000) per plot.
There are also opportunities in Global Stock Market that I am about tapping into. I won’t talk about these yet, till I have made profit from it. I also happen to have used the vehicle of Forex (Foreign Exchange Market) and I have made some good money from here too.
By now, some of you will be wondering why I will want to share all this information for free, what’s the catch? All I’ll say for now is a few months from now, with dispensing this information for free, I will be highly sort after for opportunities like this and then I can comfortably name my price, and trust me by then the information won’t come CHEAP

i have wrote many tracks but i need some one who will propel me with the clearly mental picture of where i envision myself to be
because no matter how i tend to be great with out peoples that will stand as a propeller i do not think i will go far accept by the grace of gd which is sufficient for all, even without the world bill gate and warren buffet won,t have been rich
so i want you to be like a mentor to me that i might be at the maximum peak of greatness

Funk master flex like i always call you, you have just always been my type of guy, it’s good and great we met again and i can at least count on someone that would make my dreams feel like ive not dreamt at all and take me on a fresh and long journey that i have the tendency of fulfilling.
